Product Care & Usage
Baby Bottles & Nipples
- Wash all parts thoroughly before first use.
- Suitable for boiling, steam sterilising, and dishwashing (top rack).
- Inspect nipples regularly and replace at the first signs of wear.
- Avoid abrasive brushes or cleaners that may damage the silicone.
- Do not heat bottles directly on a stove or in the microwave.
Sippy Cups & Straws
- Disassemble all parts before washing.
- Safe for boiling and steam sterilisation.
- Ensure the straw and valves are fully cleaned to maintain proper flow.
- Replace straws every 2–3 months or sooner if worn.
- Avoid sharp tools that may puncture silicone components.
Pacifiers & Teethers
- Sterilise before first use and regularly thereafter.
- Inspect frequently for bite marks or stretching.
- Replace immediately if any damage is visible.
- Store in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Do not attach cords, ribbons, or accessories that may pose a safety risk.
Feeding Accessories
- All silicone items are dishwasher safe (top rack).
- Stains may occur with strong‑coloured foods — this is normal for silicone.
- To remove odours, soak in warm water with a little baking soda.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may affect colour.
Safety Notes
- Always use HEORSHE products under adult supervision.
- Follow age recommendations for each product.
- Discontinue use at the first sign of damage.
- Never leave feeding items in direct heat sources.
