All HEORSHE bottles and cups are dishwasher safe (top rack). They can also be sterilised using boiling water or steam sterilisation.

Yes. PPSU is highly heat‑resistant and safe for boiling and steam sterilising.

We recommend replacing nipples and straws every 2–3 months, or sooner if you notice wear.
